      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct quality assurance evaluations on customer interactions across various contact points
      - Monitor service levels and engage in customer listening to identify trends affecting customer experience
      - Provide actionable feedback to scheduling staff and supervisors to enhance customer interactions
      - Develop quality improvement plans in collaboration with supervisors and training specialists
      - Analyze performance data to identify training needs and recommend process enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred in healthcare, management, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in contact center operations
      - General knowledge of clinical operations, policies, procedures, and workflows
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with EMRs (Epic) and telecommunications software
      - Bilingual (written and verbal) communication skills are a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with quality assurance tools and call recording systems
      - Familiarity with healthcare management and patient scheduling systems
      - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities
      - Previous experience in coaching and mentoring contact center staff
      - Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
