What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist current and prospective travelers with obtaining, renewing, or reinstating licensure, including CEU assistance
- Prepare personnel files for travelers and ensure compliance with health and background screening requirements
- Maintain state licensing files and verify requirements with facilities to ensure accuracy
- Achieve monthly audit score targets and complete peer audits as assigned
- Mentor trainees and assist with day-to-day questions regarding assignments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of related experience and/or training
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of comfort in cross-functional communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with medical terminology and occupational health
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively manage complex tasks
