- Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung der Compliance und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätssicherungssystems des Standortes
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von internen Audits, Kundenaudits und Behördeninspektionen
- Schnittstelle zu internen und globalen Funktionen hinsichtlich Audit Management und Compliance Alerts
- Bearbeitung und Genehmigung von Reklamationen, Abweichungen, OOS-Vorgängen, Änderungsprozessen unter Einhaltung der festgelegten Rahmenanforderungen
- Bewertung und Genehmigung von CAPA-Maßnahmen sowie Überwachung des Status und der Effektivität dieser Maßnahmen
- Betreuung und Implementierung globaler Vorgaben (SQM, SOP)
- Unterstützung bei der Erhebung von Qualitätskennzahlen (KQI)
- Überwachung und Qualifizierung von Lieferanten einschließlich Erstellung und Pflege von Qualitätsverträgen
- Unterstützung bei Validierungsaktivitäten vor Ort (Planung, Beratung, Überprüfung)
- Pflege und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Qualitätssystems (z. B. SOPs, Quality Manual, Site Master File)
- (Fach-) Hochschulstudium, z. B. in Biologie, Pharmazie, Chemie oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Lösungsorientierte Denk- und Handlungsweise
