What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the operational management of multiple complex market research studies across healthcare, retail, and consumer sectors
- Strategically staff and manage projects to ensure their success
- Coordinate participant recruitment and maintain vendor/client relationships
- Maintain project management systems and lead weekly status calls
- Travel as needed to support client and project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in qualitative market research operations within healthcare (pharma)
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Detail-oriented and proactive, ready to thrive in a dynamic environment
- BA/BS in market research, psychology, sociology, business, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced market research environment
- Familiarity with diverse industry sectors beyond healthcare
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement process improvements
- Previous experience in a client-facing role
