      We Are Hiring

      • Location: Remote
      • Department: Quality and Patient Safety
      • Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift
      • Salary: $129,942-$183,447 per year
      • Sign on Bonus:
      • Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

      What You Will Do

      • Leads a National Organization's Medical Peer Review Program for multiple sites across the United States.
      • Developing and implementing policies, standards, and systems for compliance and operational excellence.
      • Coordinating practitioner data collection (injuries, complaints, claims, quality indicators), managing peer review programs to meet regulatory and accreditation standards, collaborating with Quality/Risk/Legal on root cause analysis of adverse events, overseeing peer review to improve patient quality and safety, facilitating incident review and corrective action.
      • Ensure regulatory adherence, analyzing quality data for reporting, collaborating with other departments on quality integration, managing the External Review Process, and maintaining confidentiality/peer protection.

      What You Will Need

      Licensure / Certification / Registration:

      • Preferred Credential(s):• Quality Professional.• Risk Management.

      Education:

      • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

      Additional Preferences

      • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
      • Extensive experience leading peer review meetings
      • Worked at the national level of multiple sites for a hospital organization
      • Participation in OPPE/FPPE (Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation; Focused Professional Practice Evaluation)
