What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently lead the comprehensive new hire training program for the Central Billing Office (CBO)
- Design, update, and prepare educational aids and materials as needed
- Conduct audits to ensure quality and compliance with internal processes
- Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions with departmental leaders
- Communicate proactively with management regarding training effectiveness and employee performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in internal collections functions, cash applications, or billing processes
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial billing regulations
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle processes and their impact on accounts receivable
- Proficient in computer skills necessary for job duties, including Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to lead projects and manage staff effectively to achieve goals

- Experience in examining and reengineering operations and procedures
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop effective training content
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in motivating and inspiring team members
- Background in healthcare financial issues and their implications on billing processes
- Familiarity with computerized billing systems
