What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions for full-stack applications
- Create test plans, data, procedures, and automated test scripts
- Participate in formal reviews of business requirements
- Report test results and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective testing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance testing and analysis (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of quality assurance and testing tools and processes
- Proficiency in automated testing, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with AZURE DEVOPS, Selenium, and JMeter
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce Platform, and REST APIs
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to mentor other team members
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Familiarity with performance, load, and stress testing
