What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders within an Agile/Scrum team to ensure software quality
- Conduct test planning, design, scripting, and manual execution throughout the testing lifecycle
- Monitor program performance post-implementation to prevent recurring issues and ensure operational efficiency
- Create and modify scripts for data validation and issue resolution
- Advocate for application quality to enhance customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of software development, testing, and/or technical support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong interest in technology and the ability to translate technical terms for diverse audiences
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have proof of U.S. employment authorization for this position

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Azure DevOps and SQL
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field
