What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team to emphasize defect prevention and usability enhancements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
- Conduct test planning, design, scripting, and manual execution within the test life cycle
- Utilize methodologies to ensure comprehensive testing of applications against established acceptance criteria
- Monitor program performance post-implementation to prevent recurring issues and ensure operational efficiency
- Create and modify scripts for data analysis and validation to assist in issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of software development, testing, or technical support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
- Strong interest in technology and the ability to communicate technical concepts to various audiences
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have proof of U.S. employment authorization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Azure DevOps and SQL
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a related field
