What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain enterprise asset management and maintenance software solutions
- Collaborate with municipal government clients to understand their software needs
- Provide technical support and training for users of the software

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development or technical support
- Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS solutions
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with municipal government operations and software needs
- Familiarity with GIS and asset management software
- Knowledge of database management systems
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies
