What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain quality control systems and procedures in compliance with Home Care standards
- Perform regular audits and inspections to assess quality and compliance
- Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for process improvement and quality enhancement
- Identify and address non-conformance issues while coordinating resolution processes
- Collaborate with teams to prevent recurrence of quality issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in nursing (Required)
- Active RN license in Virginia (Required)
- BLS certification (Required within 90 days of employment)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Healthcare Quality Improvement or Data Analysis
- At least 1 year of experience working with the frail and elderly population
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in home care or hospice settings
- Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives in healthcare
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Additional certifications related to quality assurance or data analysis
