      Qualifications

      • Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Process Engineering or Business Administration
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments
      • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of managing and developing a team.
      • Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
      • Ability to analyze problems and make recommendations for improvements
      • Previous training in Lean, Six Sigma, and project management experience considered an asset
      • Working experience in a Quality Management Systems environment would be considered an asset
      • Retail/wholesale or service business experience as an asset

      Responsibilities

      • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
      • Collaborate with multiple departments to define improvement initiatives in alignment with strategic goals and drive sustainable growth.
      • Lead process improvement and innovation initiatives to drive improvement in safety, financial performance, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
      • Lead and manage a team of direct reports, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
      • Develop and implement visual controls, standard work procedures, and training content.
      • Facilitate interactive and productive meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
      • Support the business in developing key performance indicators and monitoring their effectiveness.
      • Stay up to date on modern tools and technologies to drive transformational changes in business.
