      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct on-site surveys and document quality reviews for Long-Term Care programs
      - Monitor compliance with assigned program policies and procedures
      - Review and track opportunity to correct surveys, ensuring all deadlines are met
      - Collaborate with QA Compliance Supervisor and Compliance Specialists for regional coverage
      - Assist in training programs for surveyors and new compliance material

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED and four (4) years of job-related experience; or Associate degree with five (5) years of experience; or two (2) years of experience at the lower level Compliance Specialist 2
      - Valid and active certification for Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT)
      - Experience in healthcare and quality assurance processes
      - Strong communication and report writing skills
      - Ability to produce high-quality documentation with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification(s) or degree in a related healthcare field
      - Experience writing deficiencies and understanding regulatory requirements
      - Clinical experience in home health, hospice, or similar healthcare facilities
      - Experience as a Registered Nurse/LPN or licensed professional in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with conducting assessments and evaluations based on regulations
