      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct periodic audits of service delivery settings and personnel to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
      - Observe the implementation of Individual Services Plans (ISP) and assess the condition of homes and vehicles for safety and cleanliness
      - Participate in monthly Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings, providing data analysis and guidance
      - Assist in developing training materials and conducting staff training on quality improvement
      - Support investigations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service Field
      - Five or more years of experience working with the population served
      - Experience in completing record audits, data analysis, and report writing
      - Ability to multi-task effectively
      - Willingness and ability to travel as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in data analysis and writing reports is highly valued
      - Previous involvement in quality assurance or improvement initiatives
      - Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to service delivery
      - Skills in conducting staff training and development
      - Previous experience in a healthcare or human services setting
