      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and measure adherence to operational and regulatory requirements in mortgage-related activities
      - Review and score quality and compliance of mortgage servicing processes
      - Provide feedback for performance improvement goals and remediation actions
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure quality assurance standards are met
      - Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience with a High School diploma/GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of quality assurance experience
      - At least 1 year of experience in mortgage servicing or related fields such as foreclosure, escrow, or loss mitigation
      - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
      - Solid verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with income calculation or financial documentation
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively translate orally and in writing
      - Familiarity with Black Knight LPS/MSP/Director Premier
      - Knowledge of SharePoint, auditing software, and data conversions
      - Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
