What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure that all testing work is carried out in accordance with the test plan, including schedule and quality requirements
- Provide feedback to the system integrator regarding the implications of testing outcomes
- Adhere to formal QA processes and daily goals as established by the QA lead
- Proactively follow up on questions and defects until closure
- Respond to all requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience with HHS eligibility systems and policy
- Knowledge of Integrated Eligibility (Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, or Child Care)
- Proficient in test management tools and scripting using automation tools such as Selenium and Cucumber
- Strong understanding of SDLC and defect lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7 years of experience testing eligibility rules
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Excellent communication skills
