      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review delivery/shipping tickets and on-site orders to ensure compliance with accreditation and payer regulations
      - Accurately process, verify, and submit documentation and orders
      - Maintain and review all required documentation for insurance coverage and reimbursement
      - Communicate with leadership regarding trends noticed with insurance companies
      - Assist with the implementation of performance improvement programs related to billing and coding performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management
      - Two (2) years of work-related experience for senior-level positions, including one (1) year of specific job experience
      - Exact job experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment that routinely bills insurance
      - Ability to navigate multiple online EMR systems to obtain applicable documentation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in quality assurance or compliance within the home medical equipment sector
      - Familiarity with insurance verification processes and medical necessity documentation
      - Proficient in using EMR systems for patient record management
      - Strong analytical skills to identify trends for process improvement
      - Excellent communication skills for liaising with sales and operations teams
