What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on reports, ensuring clarity, consistency, and error-free documentation
- Collaborate with network panelists to provide feedback and facilitate necessary revisions
- Ensure all customer questions are answered thoroughly and accurately by network specialists
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines while documenting communications and work in eCase Manager
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and participate in departmental meetings as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a human or natural science
- 1 to 3+ years of experience reviewing reports with medical, mental health, or scientific content
- 1 to 3+ years of experience working with medical professionals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

- Previous experience in the disability or workers' compensation insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort in providing clear direction and communication to network panelists
