What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct a minimum of 8 quality reviews per associate per month to ensure adherence to program KPIs and quality guidelines
- Audit case records to verify proper documentation and interactions against established quality standards
- Prepare quality score reports for management review on a weekly and monthly basis
- Identify service trends and collaborate with management to ensure adherence to patient support guidelines
- Assist in developing training materials for associates regarding program enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous call center experience participating in quality call and system audit performance reviews
- Previous experience in patient support/patient assistance and/or financial access programs
- Bilingual – Spanish preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or Registered Nurse (BSN or RN) a plus
- Must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
