      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate DFSM Quality Assurance activities and deliverable tracking
      - Develop and maintain documentation, spreadsheets, and process/data flow charts
      - Schedule and provide support for internal and external meetings, including taking minutes
      - Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to facilitate quality-related initiatives
      - Conduct research and data gathering as requested

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare support role
      - Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare Federal Regulations, and AHCCCS policies
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient organizational and analytical skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Behavioral Health and familiarity with Tribal entities
      - Knowledge of behavioral healthcare delivery systems
      - Understanding of member psychosocial and medical needs
      - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications
      - Arizona Driver's License
