      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure professionalism and timeliness in responses to clients and customers through quality assurance
      - Monitor and audit calls to ensure compliance with internal and client standards
      - Measure and evaluate performance of staff interacting with consumers
      - Prepare and present reports on call monitoring and audits regularly
      - Participate in meetings to discuss performance and compliance trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent GED required
      - Minimum of 6 months relevant experience in compliance, quality assurance, or customer service in a contact center
      - Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
      - Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Lowell, AR or Hendersonville, TN
      - Must not be in default on any Federal Student Loans or have significant collections issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - 12 months of experience as a Contact Center Quality Assurance/Compliance Representative/Auditor
      - Previous experience with ISO 9001:2015 standards
      - Knowledge of TCPA, SCRA, FCRA, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
      - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
