What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure on-screen presentations meet the employer's quality standards
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency service on projection and audio equipment
- Train Theater Technology Assistants (TTA) and management on equipment operation and maintenance
- Respond to emergency service tickets and maintain communication with theaters and supervisors
- Install projection and sound equipment for new theater openings and projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in theater projection and sound
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
- Ability to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and lift 50+ pounds
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Barco certification in digital cinema
- Experience in a similar role within the entertainment industry
