What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement quality assurance policies and procedures to minimize claim denials and maximize revenue reimbursement
- Identify and resolve errors found during quality assurance audits in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with standards and requirements while maintaining internal support across the organization
- Assist with internal audits to ensure adherence to payor billing requirements
- Provide problem-solving strategies to enhance support quality and team performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and meet the organization's standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to contribute positively to team culture and dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in quality assurance or revenue cycle management
- Familiarity with billing processes and insurance claim requirements
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within teams
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related role
- Ability to provide constructive feedback during team meetings
