What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and complete projects across various functional areas that support Quality campaign initiatives
- Lead project management initiatives and perform moderately complex business analysis
- Track and report on project status to colleagues and senior management
- Manage documentation of assigned processes including workflows, policies, and procedures
- Serve as a liaison between Quality and IT to assist in system modifications and enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1-3+ years of experience with process improvement initiatives
- 1+ years of HEDIS/Star experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills for data manipulation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management experience
- PMP or Six Sigma certification
- Medical or clinic background
- Experience with CAHPS and HOS initiatives
