What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and audit data from various sources to ensure accuracy of employee and benefit data
- Audit Employee Navigator enrollments against carrier enrollments for completeness
- Investigate discrepancies between carrier enrollments and employee benefit records
- Communicate audit findings in an organized and professional manner to Client Care and HRIS teams
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of audit activities and compile financial reports as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High level of patience and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize projects effectively
- High level of productivity, reliability, and accuracy in work
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- Life and Health License
