What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee large self-performed roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring proper execution and delivery
- Conduct regular job site visits and inspections to assess completed work and ensure quality standards
- Provide technical and application training sessions in both field and shop settings
- Complete daily reports, safety audits, and quality control inspection reports as necessary
- Communicate with various stakeholders, including technicians and management, to ensure project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing, roofing repair, troubleshooting, or field service
- Working knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including built-up, modified, single ply, and metal
- Strong mechanical aptitude related to roofing or building science
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Practical computer application literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite

- Prior experience in a field service leadership role
- In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of product applications
- Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in an autonomous role
- Experience working with various types of technology and software
