      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct quality on-site reviews of delegated entities and physician offices/clinics
      - Document and resolve formal and informal complaints and quality care issues
      - Audit medical records and analyze data for quality improvement studies
      - Act as the primary liaison between community resources/agencies and the employer
      - Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans and coordinate Quality Improvement Committee activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of clinical, quality improvement, or healthcare experience
      - At least 2 years of experience in a quality function within a healthcare setting
      - Active LPN, LVN, RN, PA, or LCSW license preferred
      - CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) preferred

      - Experience in conducting quality audits and implementing quality improvement initiatives
      - Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations
      - Proven ability to analyze data and develop reports
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
