      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards by completing denial letters and other required documentation
      - Assist with quality improvement initiatives related to behavioral health utilization management
      - Collaborate with various departments to support adherence to compliance requirements
      - Maintain knowledge of regulatory and accreditation processes to ensure organizational standards are met
      - Contribute to the overall mission of improving health and patient safety within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Associate's or Trade School Degree
      - Registered Nurse (RN) License (Compact/Multistate or Virginia)
      - Minimum of 3 years of Quality Improvement experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of Clinical experience
      - Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and accreditation processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
      - Master's degree in Health Services Administration, Social Work (MSW), Business Administration (MBA), or Health Administration
      - Experience in managed care or health plan environments
      - Familiarity with behavioral health and utilization management processes
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
