      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure completion of denial letters and other regulatory work in compliance with accreditation standards
      - Assist with additional work to support adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
      - Collaborate with teams to improve quality and outcomes in healthcare services
      - Maintain knowledge of regulatory and accreditation processes relevant to the role
      - Provide oversight for quality improvement initiatives within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: Associate's or Trade School Degree
      - Registered Nurse (RN) License (Compact/Multistate or Virginia)
      - Minimum of 3 years of Quality Improvement experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of Clinical experience
      - Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and accreditation processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
      - Advanced degrees such as Masters of Health Services Administration, Masters in Social Work (MSW), Masters in Business Administration (MBA), or Masters of Health Administration
