      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage multiple complex projects focused on healthcare quality and clinical transformation
      - Analyze clinical quality data, identify opportunities, and implement action plans for improvement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality improvement or project management
      - Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively in both oral and written form
      - Skill in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
      - Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Project/Performance Improvement principles such as Lean Six Sigma or PDSA
      - Familiarity with healthcare quality programs and initiatives
      - Background in mentoring or training junior staff
