What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage multiple complex projects to enhance healthcare quality and patient safety
- Analyze clinical quality data and develop action plans for quality improvement initiatives
- Foster collaboration among project teams and ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate project status and resource needs effectively to stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff members and collaborate with leadership on quality initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare quality improvement or project management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
- Proficiency in data collection, organization, and analysis
- Competence in computer software, particularly Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Project/Performance Improvement (PI) principles, such as Lean Six Sigma
- Familiarity with healthcare quality programs and initiatives
- Background in clinical transformation or value-based care initiatives
