What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and resolve member and provider grievances and complaints in a timely and thorough manner
- Conduct incident report reviews and provide technical assistance to ensure compliance with reporting standards
- Monitor provider sites for adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices
- Assist in conducting health and safety reviews and site investigations as needed
- Provide backup support for quality management activities related to HCBS and NC TOPPS
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in quality management, data collection, and analysis within a behavioral health organization, or in an acute care or customer service role
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with electronic records systems

- Experience meeting the requirements of being a Qualified Professional per 10A NCAC 27G .0104
- National Certified Investigator & Inspector Training and Certification
