What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform efficient and effective audits to assess the accuracy and legitimacy of claims audited
- Utilize personal knowledge of medications and available tools to identify pharmacy audit risks and develop audit plans
- Produce reports to meet the needs of department management, clients, and stakeholders
- Participate in client communications and present status updates of ongoing issues and completed audits
- Mentor less experienced team members and assist with post-audit tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years of pharmacy technician experience or equivalent education
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
- Proficiency in database and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal and external contacts
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information
- Ability to work with minimum management oversight
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel up to 50%
