      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform audits and coding of patient charts, ensuring accurate reflection of diagnoses in documentation
      - Utilize computerized coding/abstracting equipment to code all diagnoses/procedures according to guidelines
      - Assist field staff and leadership with OASIS, HOPE, and ICD-10 queries
      - Maintain and report statistical information; review daily reports to ensure all records are processed
      - Consult with field clinical staff regarding appropriate ICD codes and sequencing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
      - Two years' experience in a relevant field
      - Certificate for OASIS Specialist-Clinical (COS-C) or equivalent coding certifications
      - Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state of work location
      - Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and data entry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications related to home care coding or clinical specialties
      - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
      - Familiarity with healthcare regulatory compliance
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
