What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Thoroughly review medical records as part of the OASIS review process
- Engage with clinicians to improve accuracy of OASIS assessments
- Provide OASIS education to clinicians when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely review of OASIS time points
- Collaborate with regional and divisional support resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current CPR certification required
- 1 year Home Health experience as RN, PT, ST, or OT
- Current RN, PT, ST, or OT licensure in the state of practice
- Current COS-C or completion within 90 days of position effective date
- Ability to analyze OASIS data and apply current guidelines effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
- Additional training in OASIS guidelines and coding
