What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor customer service interactions to ensure high quality
- Conduct quality management evaluations of scheduling service
- Communicate performance information to scheduling staff and leadership
- Identify and escalate operational issues for resolution
- Collaborate in coaching and training of schedulers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduation or GED completion
- 2-5 years of scheduling experience or call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to induce change
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of scheduling processes in multiple areas of Mayo Clinic
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency with coaching and providing feedback
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of call center procedures and processes
