What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete Waiver Basic Assurance Reviews, including level of care, case management billing, and service plans
- Analyze information from reviews and help identify and develop quality improvement measures
- Generate detailed summary reports with corrective action measures
- Collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders
- Utilize various computer databases, including Maryland's Developmental Disabilities Administration systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience supporting people living with developmental disabilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint
- Experience gathering and analyzing health information
- Outstanding written communication skills and ability to produce well-written reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or Coordinator of Community Services (CSS)
- Experience in developing person-centered plans
