Job Description
- Req#: 35678
- Perform hydro-test on all production runs
- Conduct change outs in all areas (production, jacketing, re-spool, hydro, and extrusion)
- Daily yard operations rigging
- Rigger (using hand signals, run chain through shipping spools, tie chains to shackles, guide the forklift operators)
- Operate re-spooling equipment
- Load and off-load trucks
- Ensure all products have proper identification
- Maintain good housekeeping and organization around the yard
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Certified to operate light-duty forklifts and equipment (Lull, Man-Lift)
- One of the following milestones
- NCCCO Certified in Hand Signals
- NCCCO Certified in Rigging
- Certified to operate heavy-duty forklifts (40-ton and 55-ton)
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.
- Clear and concise communicator (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Able to stand for long periods of time

WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, safety shoes, and hardhats. Company uniforms must be worn at all times.
