What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage the Qualtrics platform for customer experience insights and effective execution of research projects
- Manage all aspects of the research process, including sample management, field management, quality assurance, and data analysis
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to present research findings
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates and addressing queries
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with the Qualtrics platform, including sample management, field management, and data analysis
- Strong experience in managing all aspects of the research process, from data collection to interpretation and reporting
- Proven ability to manage and strengthen client relationships with a focus on high-quality service
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large research projects
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification is an asset
- Strong background in quantitative research methodologies
- Experience in delivering results on time and within budget
- Unflagging attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all deliverables
