      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support hedging and risk management of variable annuities, fixed annuities, and structured indexed annuities
      - Lead the development and maintenance of the Numerix derivatives analytic library
      - Perform hedge performance analysis and attribution reporting using various programming tools
      - Coordinate with business constituents to maintain consistency in production processes and regulatory changes
      - Communicate results and analysis to senior staff and key internal stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of related work experience with derivatives, assets, and liabilities
      - Good understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to the derivatives markets
      - Prior experience in quantitative and statistical modeling and analysis focused on investments
      - Understanding of fixed income securities, derivatives, insurance liabilities, and risk management
      - Strong project management skills and ability to adjust work resources and deadlines as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Access, VBA, Aladdin, and/or Bloomberg
      - Expertise in the Numerix analytics library, including CAIL and CAS
      - Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
      - Positive attitude and intellectual curiosity
