      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Work with the Modeling & Analytics team to develop and enhance risk rating models for commercial loans
      - Gather and analyze internal and external financial and loan-level data to support model development
      - Maintain comprehensive documentation of model development processes for transparency and regulatory compliance
      - Facilitate the model validation process with the bank’s Model Risk Management team
      - Collaborate with IT teams to integrate developed models into the bank's systems and workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in financial, statistical, or quantitative analysis OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of relevant experience
      - Strong proficiency in statistical modeling techniques and programming languages such as SAS and Python
      - Solid understanding of core statistical concepts and their application in data analysis and model evaluation
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline
      - Demonstrated expertise in supervised and unsupervised models applied to quantitative risk modeling
      - Hands-on experience in data cleaning, feature engineering, and implementing statistical or machine learning models
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
