      Wells Fargo is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Senior Manager- Auto Loss Forecasting Model Development

      In this role, you will

      • Manage the development of the Auto Portfolio Loss Forecasting Models used for CCAR, CECL, and BLF, as well as development of PPNR models, including origination, balance, interest income, and fee and expense models
      • Work closely with the business to understand their requirements and are able to adjust the models to account for changes in business operations
      • Allocate resources and manage your team to develop best in class models on schedule
      • Prepare and give presentations on the models developed by your team
      • Communicate with oversight groups, in particular CMOR, CFMO, KPMG, internal audit, and regulators
      • Hire, train, and retain modeling talent domestically and in Bangalore

      Required Qualifications:

      • 6+ years of Quantitative Analytical experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 3+ years of management experience
      • Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, or computer science

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Ph.D. degree in quantitative discipline
      • Advanced statistics skills
      • Familiarity with the Wells Fargo Auto Portfolio
      • Track record of designing and implementing advanced modeling solutions
      • Experience with Loan Level competing risk Hazard and Transition models
      • Python programming skills
      • Strong communication and presentation skills
