What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply expert analytical knowledge to assess future risks and opportunities
- Develop complex systems and programs to measure aggregate risk exposures
- Present findings to senior-level leadership
- Lead and implement complex initiatives and cross-functional teams
- Communicate analytical results, findings, and solutions to governance committees
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, or related field
- 8 years of quantitative analysis experience in risk management or relevant field
- OR advanced degree/designation in a quantitative subject area and 6 years of work experience
- OR PhD in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and up to 4 years of work experience
- Catastrophe modeling experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Catastrophe Management Experience
- Reinsurance and/or non-traditional risk transfer knowledge
- Second line of defense (enterprise risk management) experience
- US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
