What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to projects involving statistical sampling, investigating improper billing, estimating fund recoupment, and predicting improper billing for audit optimization
- Summarize and analyze claims data, perform database querying and hypothesis testing, and produce analytic reports on statistical issues
- Support day-to-day management of project tasks and prepare presentations and reports for clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree completed within the past 24 months in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, epidemiology, or other quantitative fields
- Previous academic and/or work experience in performing quantitative analysis and overseeing project tasks
- Proficiency in software for data analysis, such as SAS, Python, R, or Tableau
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with medical claims data and/or medical auditing data
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in mathematics, statistics, biostatistics, computer science, epidemiology, or other quantitative fields
- Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, simulation, probability, data visualization, and querying large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills
- Healthcare or human services research experience
