      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the independent principal investigator (PI) overseeing a large portfolio of projects related to safety outcomes
      - Ensure project completion and quality delivery while delegating tasks to mid-level and junior staff
      - Contribute to sales targets and client/business development strategies
      - Identify training needs for junior staff and provide mentorship and training materials
      - Co-author scientific publications and presentations for key conferences and journals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s or PhD in Epidemiology or Public Health with a minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, including consulting in pharmacoepidemiology or health economics and outcomes research (HEOR)
      - Advanced understanding of epidemiology and pharmacoepidemiology related to safety outcomes studies, including PASS and PAES studies
      - Proven experience executing safety studies using large secondary data sources in the US, UK, and Europe
      - Established record of relevant publications in peer-reviewed journals and at scientific conferences
      - Ability to communicate effectively in written English and deliver high-level presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive knowledge of the drug development process and regulatory commitments, particularly in the US (FDA) or Europe (EMA)
      - Experience in client-facing roles within project delivery and proposal development
      - Strong analytical skills to address complex issues and generate effective solutions
