      What do you need to have to be successful in this role?

      • A Bachelor's degree in science or a related field (experience preferred for some positions).
      • A strong interest in science, innovation, and sustainability.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Being a team player.
      • Fluency in English (Dutch language skills a plus).
