What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately perform insurance verification and authorization processes for scheduled services
- Make and receive phone calls to schedule patients for imaging services at an HCA facility
- Maintain documentation necessary for compliance with regulatory agency requirements
- Monitor and manage email inbox and fax machine for assigned practices
- Communicate operational activities and issues effectively with internal and external customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent customer service or client relations experience in an office or hospital environment
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Associate's degree in a related field or a minimum of two years in patient scheduling, registration, and/or healthcare billing
- Strong literacy skills, including grammar, spelling, and math
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High volume call center experience
- Experience in patient scheduling or healthcare billing
