What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform insurance verification and authorization processes for scheduled patients
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to schedule patients for imaging services
- Provide patient preparation instructions for scheduled services
- Monitor and manage communications via email and fax for assigned practices
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure timely and efficient patient scheduling

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent customer service or client relations experience in an office or hospital environment
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required
- Minimum of two years of experience in patient scheduling, registration, and/or healthcare billing
- Strong literacy skills including grammar, spelling, and math
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- High volume call center experience
- Associate's degree in a related field
