- Lead negotiations with senior external stakeholders to positively shape the healthcare environment, facilitating faster access and better patient experiences.
- Successfully launch a new entity for rare diseases in the paediatric sector
- Pathway improvement/ service redesign
- Identify unique NHS collaboration opportunities aligned with Rare Disease Framework and brand strategic objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, effectively communicating our client’s full-service offering to customers, including product information, patient pathways, budget impact, and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Field Leadership Team to develop a comprehensive National Field Operating Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Assist the National Commercial Manager in driving brand performance and customer effectiveness by regularly assessing key performance indicators.
- Provide expert insights to shape cross-functional strategies, marketing messages, channel usage, and patient support.
- Lead the identification and development of launch experiments and pilots to expedite launch growth.
- ABPI qualified.
- Experience with speciality areas/ medicines
- Experience with pathway improvement
- Experience working with product pre-NICE approval
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with proven experience in strategic and tactical plan development, execution, and evaluation.
- Comprehensive understanding of the NHS commercial and clinical environment and structures.
- Exceptional selling and influencing skills, with persuasive communication abilities to deliver compelling commercial narratives.
- Proficiency in account management.
- Ability to lead without formal authority and effectively manage stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and autonomous/teamwork skills.
