      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Determine liability by gathering and analyzing relevant facts and utilizing applicable procedures
      - Verify policy coverage and analyze claims to determine if losses fall within coverage
      - Participate in Risk Management Agency reviews and referrals for operational integrity
      - Maintain confidentiality of claims information to protect the employer’s reputation
      - Stay current with industry trends and enhance professional knowledge through educational opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in crop insurance and claims adjusting
      - Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire
      - Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel within the territory
      - Ability to walk in agricultural fields up to 3 miles and climb storage bins up to 25 feet
      - Physical capability to lift 25 lbs to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
